TIC Art Exhibition Center

TIC Art

Tic Art is an exhibition center designed as a public urban landmark. The design covers landscape, architecture, interior and products, and offers a comprehensive yet rhythmic spatial experience. Red bricks formed with 25 sets of molds are used across the building and the landscape, following the local clay brick tradition and lowering the construction cost. A double layer curtain wall combines ceramic bricks with a modern structural system, filters direct sunlight and reduces heat conduction. The building area is 8000 square meters and the landscape area is 16000 square meters.

Symbiosis Cat House Residential Building

Symbiosis Cat House

Symbiosis Cat House is a residential building designed for a narrow urban site. The four floor house allows people with allergies and cats to live together. A vertical zoning strategy separates animal areas from human areas. A central atrium drives a passive stack effect that removes allergens without heavy mechanical systems. Dedicated exhaust units serve the litter zones. Uncoated concrete, fair faced brickwork and perforated metal treads limit dust and chemical emissions. A cat tower rises beside the stairs, keeping the household visually connected.

Unasur

Unasur is an institutional headquarters building located next to the Mitad del Mundo monument, north of Quito, Ecuador. Materials include concrete, steel, rock from an on-site quarry and double glazed dark glass. Water collection, cross ventilation and natural light reduce energy use. Open areas around the building are public.
