Vanke Metropolis Seasons

This project is located in Changzhou, China. The project pays tribute to the entire city and shows a unique urban image under the theme of natural ecology. By integrating design of the indoor and outdoor of the space, the modern style door frames are stacked in layers, whose sequence is adjusted by mathematical parameters for a gradual transition. It seamlessly blends the environments inside and outside to construct a naturalistic metropolitan masterpiece. Another classic metropolitan property development underlines the experience aesthetics of life and creates an ideal living environment.

Chinese Quadrangle

This is a recently completed quadrangle project in Luoyang. Throughout the planning process, the designer adheres to the principles of ingenuity, sincerity, meticulousness and reassurance, and deeply grasps the traditional Chinese culture, spatial scale and human settlement concept, and walks away from the psychedelic feelings of modern and ancient times. The Chinese quadrangle courtyard, as the crystallization of traditional wisdom and civilization, is also a dynamic architectural model worthy of our reference in today's increasingly common urban housing.

Zen Mood

Zen Mood is a conceptual project centered in 3 key drivers: Minimalism, adaptability, and aesthetics. Individual segments are attached creating a variety of shapes and uses: homes, offices or showrooms can be generated making use of two formats. Each module has been designed with 3.20 x 6.00m arranged in 19m² within 01 or 02 floors. The transportation is mainly made by trucks, also it can be delivered and installed in just one day. It is a unique, contemporary design that creates simple, lively and creative spaces made possible through a clean and industrialized constructive method.

Wenjiang Shouan

To diversify the proposed osmanthus exhibition hall in Minjiang village, MUDA-Architects integrated it with a business conference center, a township training center and related merchandise sales. The design was inspired by Western Sichuan folk dwellings based on the consideration of native elements, and modern aesthetic techniques were introduced as innovation to the irregular-shaped site by stretching a spiral from plane vertically. The exhibition hall was ultimately conceived with an upturned ground floor, an enclosed exhibition and conference floor and an exposed panorama roof platform.

Medieval Rethink

Medieval Rethink was a response to a private commission to build a Cultural Centre for a small undisclosed village in the Guangdong Province, which dates back 900 years to the Song Dynasty. A four storey, 7000 sqm development is centred around an ancient rock formation known as the Ding Qi Stone, a symbol of the origin of the village. The project’s design concept is based on showcasing the history and culture of the ancient village whilst linking the old and the new. The Cultural Centre stands as a reinterpretation of an ancient village and a transformation into contemporary architecture.

H2O

The H20 house located in the residential urban context of Hyderabad is designed for a family of four, spreading over an area of 12500 sq ft. as the name suggests the house has indoor and outdoor water bodies which not only helps in passive cooling techniques but also soothes human senses. The novelty of the house lays in its intelligent interplay of spaces, natural design, and simple textures. The challenge was to design a climate-sensitive building in a site, which disobeyed the prime norm of the longer side facing north and south directions.
