Jolab, The building is design as a gallery rather than a factory. The double-tiered garden on the top floor is not only for heat insulation, but redefine the relationship between the workers and visitors. The goal from the skincare factory is everyone in this room would feel that they are part of the art center and they are the ones who create the art products, not just products on the production line.

This Xi An Vanke Feng Xi Metropolis Plot 5 project includes a 34,000 square meter office tower and a 100,000 square meter shopping mall. Positioning young families and children as the target customer group. With the design concept of "Dougong Heritage, Silk Road New Language", Xi An Metropolis is committed to create a family-friendly shopping park for children and parents as well as a garden-like green living experience center for all customers.

To ensure an overall unified facade effect, materials like stone, natural stone coating, high-grade paint are selected for the high-rise residential buildings to decorate their simplistic and modest facade. Different from the Chinese-style solemn and tediousness, the design injects more vitality into the space to interpret a positive living attitude.
Continue readingHouse in Akashi is a minimalist house designed to immerse one with nature. The house is divided into three zones, based on purpose and privacy, each with a garden and different concept. The first courtyard has a Japanese-style room for family, and a yard with kitchen garden. The second is a semi-public living dining space and a yard for viewing. Finally, bedrooms and the dry area provide for privacy and laundry. Through the courtyards, the plants, soil, wind and sky are always in view allowing nature into the house, blurring the lines between inside and outside.
Continue readingLocated near the rural village area in Shatin, the project Che Kung Temple Sports Centre is not only a sports centre, but also an urban oasis for inter-generation enjoyment. Besides sports facilities for the youth, extensive courtyards and gardens are created as a leisure retreat for nearby elderly population and help to bind the building with the surrounding natural setting. Dialogue and visual linkage are intentionally created between courtyards, gardens, function rooms, inside and outside, to bring different users together and encourage visitors to explore the building and the vicinity.
Continue readingZhuhai Huafa Plaza is located in Hengqin Island of Zhuhai. Facing directly to West Bay bridge of Macau, the prestigious site offers unobstructed view towards the surrounding bay area. Three high-rise office towers and a series of retail pavilions are juxtaposed to create a range of internal and semi-external environments, accommodating retail facilities and office space within a simple circuit layout around two central courtyard gardens. Integrating with the waterfront and the park along, it creates intimate ground level spaces and garden courtyard in lieu of a traditional mall.
