Eternal

This project draws out the potential of the construction site, proposing a house with a three-dimensional structure above and below ground on a land with a difference in elevation, creating a continuous space from underground to above ground. The floating exterior design blends into the surrounding landscape, and the windows on the south side let in views and natural light, creating an open and comfortable space. Taking into consideration the effectiveness of the site, the space was designed to achieve both an open feeling and comfort.

This architectural intervention respects the spirit of the location, seamlessly integrating the structures into the landscape. Prioritizing sustainability, it leverages local climate principles to minimize environmental impact. Immerso embodies a dialogue between nature and design, offering a space where natural beauty and architectural innovation coexist in perfect balance.

Marina Gold

Hotel Marina Gold is a luxury resort on Mui Ne Beach in southeastern Vietnam, designed to evoke the grandeur of a cruise ship. Its dynamic form rises diagonally from the 7th to the 20th floor, creating a striking silhouette. A cantilevered glass-bottom pool extends toward the ocean from the top floor, alongside a bar lounge and restaurant. The integration of glass and steel enhances its futuristic appeal, while shifting light and reflections transform the facade. As an architectural landmark, the hotel redefines seaside luxury, offering elegance, relaxation, and breathtaking coastal views.

Park Wellstate Nishiazabu

This is a residence for seniors aged 65 and over in Japan, where the population is rapidly aging. Although it is located in the densely populated city center of Tokyo, there are few tall buildings in the surrounding area, so residents can enjoy views of the night view and distant mountains from the 125m high-rise building. As the elderly residents spend most of their lives on the premises, a living environment has been created in which they can experience greenery, water, light, and wind, and feel the changes of nature.

The space planning and architectural design of the country house put the desired rural lifestyle in Chinese culture under the spotlight. Through its distinctive architectural features, the project showcases how architectures in the past, present and future look different, aiming at drawing greater interest and encouraging a return to rural living. It serves not only as an architectural endeavor but also as a means of cultural restoration and a social initiative.

Yokohama Symphostage

This is a complex building with a total floor area of approx. 180,000m2 and connected to the pedestrian network, an infrastructure linking central Yokohama and its surrounding areas. The distinctive feature of this project is that it creates a multi-layered plaza space while utilizing the existing pedestrian space. The exterior design of the office area above the lower public area is multi-layered, providing a comfortable working environment. The hotel on the upper floors has become a city landmark, taking advantage of Yokohama's seaside location.
