Global Crest Kita Omura

It falls in an area of farmland, with the Omura Bay to the west and the mountains stretching majestically to the east. The building is a generous structure that allows visitors to feel the expansive landscape even when indoors: the large roof is supported by thin 75mm steel columns, and the glazed facade creates a visual connection between the vehicle delivery area and the surrounding landscape, enhancing the sense of openness. This creates a biophilic connection that most contemporary homes lack. Also, this design embraces earthy-toned plaster, natural stone, and warm wood accents.

With several structural innovations, a hybrid structure mimics umbrella cantilevers are formed.

Gaofuli

Gaofu’s urban renewal project in Shanghai harmonizes historical preservation with modern design, nestled near cultural heritage areas and Yanzhong Greenland. The 150m supertall structure and mixed-use development integrate Shikumen-style elements (rounded corners, chamfered edges, and arched motifs) evoking classic Shanghai architecture while embracing sustainable urbanism. The layout prioritizes natural light and views: south/east facades maximize solar exposure and park vistas, while a north-elevated ground floor ensures safe access and streetfront cohesion.
