Oxygen Dubai presents a bold architectural statement, merging industrial aesthetics with a distinctly masculine ambiance. Spanning 6,500 square meters and constructed with a budget of 30 million USD, the gym features raw concrete and black steel, embodying strength and resilience. This unique design fosters an environment conducive to intense workouts, appealing to fitness enthusiasts. Beyond its extensive workout areas, Oxygen Gym offers a comprehensive suite of amenities, including a restaurant, shops, spa, pool, garden, lockers, and changing rooms, enhancing the overall experience.

The Greystone House in Jeddah showcases an innovative take on residential design, blending minimalism with nature's elegance. With its sleek lines and a refined palette of white, gray stone and wood, this home emphasizes spaciousness and natural light through large windows. A carefully crafted outdoor space boasts a wooden deck and cozy seating, promoting relaxation amid verdant greenery, highlighted by a central tree as a serene centerpiece. This project enriches living while honoring local climate and cultural values, ensuring privacy and seamless indoor-outdoor experience.

Amazon

The facility, designed beyond its vocation as an urban hub, acts as an operator that brings people together and connects them; it reduces mobility time, which increases the reliability of the transportation system. Its naturally lit central module makes the space more welcoming and facilitates decision making about routes. The glass facade reflects the surroundings, creating a dynamic fusion of movements, shapes and colors that enrich the internal experience. As a climate strategy, roof mounted cross ventilation was adopted, inspired by the rich Amazonian architecture.

Traeckaja 25

The architectural concept is a modern reinterpretation of the traditional brick building of the Grodno city center, avoiding stylization and a pseudo-historical approach. Despite its modernity, the building is subject to height and other restrictions, and it reacts contextually to the historical past and neighboring buildings. The silhouette of the building is carefully formed taking into account the preservation of the tree located within the boundaries of the site.

Jaqalan, translating to friends in Turkish, comprises two architecturally unified villas in the verdant landscape of Zekeriyakoy, Istanbul. Characterized by striking sloped roofs that descend to the ground, the design addresses the region's heavy rainfall while creating a bold visual identity. Expansive terraces and floor to ceiling windows foster a strong indoor outdoor connection. With solar panels and energy efficient materials, Jaqalan exemplifies sustainable living, redefining contemporary residential architecture through minimalism and contextual harmony.
