The site is in FuYang, surrounded by small hills and water on three sides. This area was once home to water birds, and the way they spread their wings in flight is full of energy and movement. This matches the clients vision perfectly. Thats why the architect chose the flying bird as the design inspiration. The Xinhe Headquarters shows how an office building can work in harmony with nature. Instead of fighting against the environment, the design embraces it, making the building a place where people and nature connect in a positive way.

Yan

Yan Art Museum redefines the relationship between architecture and nature, serving as a cultural hub that celebrates local heritage. Nestled in the rugged landscape of Rushan, Shandong, its deconstructivist design draws inspiration from stony textures and flowing contours. The museum features water encircled plazas, artist studios, dynamic galleries, and performance spaces, all interconnected across levels. Textured concrete mimics natural stone, seamlessly integrating the structure with its surroundings while transforming the sloped terrain into functional pathways and plazas.

Spira Silva

The Spira Silva, in Williamsburg's redeveloped waterfront, envisions a vibrant, eco conscious future by integrating nature with urbanism. Unlike traditional timber buildings, the project utilizes twisted CLT panels for both aesthetics and efficiency. Interior spaces vary across floors, offering flexible configurations and adaptable layouts. The Spira Silva challenges conventional skyscraper design, fostering a welcoming atmosphere and promoting sustainable urban living.

Urban Symbiosis

Urban Symbiosis is a mixed use supertall development above the 7 Train station in New York City, integrating condos, serviced apartments, and offices. Celebrating the great underground, the subway entrance is placed at the center, offering natural light and 24/7 public access. The design optimizes energy loads by combining office and residential programs, reducing grid pressure. Unlike traditional vertical stacking, a horizontal split forms two towers, creating shared public spaces with amenities like restaurants, co-working areas, and gyms for constant interaction.

The lattice design on the top floor allows light and shadow to flow freely, creating a dynamic, ever-changing facade. This design ensures the building captures multiple captivating faces throughout the day and night. With the sky and greenery as a backdrop, the structure seamlessly integrates with its environment. Thoughtfully designed lighting enhances both the exterior grandeur and interior warmth, offering a serene atmosphere. This tranquil haven, set amidst the city, becomes a space for relaxation, elegance, and emotional release.

Wave Mansion

Inspired by the fluid expanse of Taihu Lake and the dynamic essence of the Olympic spirit, this project redefines urban elegance. Curved architectural lines evoke rhythmic movement, complemented by full-screen glass curtain walls and L-shaped corner balconies offering 270-degree panoramic views. The landscape unfolds through a triadic courtyard system, featuring a central water feature, an infinity pool, and a harbor-style entrance. A near 2000 sqm clubhouse integrates a heated pool and library, while villa units pioneer private elevators and basements, crafting a seamless blend of luxury.
