Bocui Pearl

The land where the project is located is divided into two parts by a 12-meter-wide city road. The project is under this road and connects the whole land area. In this way the design tries to avoid noises from the vehicles on the road and from the city, at the same time, it provides a unique vertical vibrant landscape for the city road. The whole sunken space looks like a spring pond. The overall tone is white, in line with the modern style of Guangzhou’s waterfront architecture.

Wenlan Mansion

The project is located in the tourism section of West Mountain's Dian Lake, Kunming. Facing the West Mountain, the site offers an open view and is surrounded by an abundance of ecological resources. The project leverages the height differences of the area and its surrounding landscape resources. The architect strives to create vertical buildings with both style and functions, and to build an open community that shares both urban like neighbourhood and the green resources of nature at the same time.

Blind

The Blind house was built to be a sanctuary for the owner to live in and practice meditation. The house is required to perform a simple function: open plan dining-living, two- bedrooms, and space for meditation. The challenge was the seamless experience of space where each function of the house harmoniously oriented. The presence of architecture articulates the space or its absence to bring the notion of the absent matter.

Binh Chau Minera

The Guest House, which is the core facility of this hot spring resort is a new forest vessel that is integrated with the existing forest. It features artificial ground that extends from the ground to the second floor level, the impression of the forest continues from the inside of facility. On the other entrance side, water and plants are arranged like a waterfall from the cut surface of the ground which express the theme and lively atmosphere of this facility.

Pingjiang Times

The Pingjiang Times Project is an urban complex integrating a high-end hotel, retail shopping mall, serviced apartments, and office space. Inspired by the movement and flow of water, the concentric circular geometry continues through the landscape platforms that extend throughout the site. The waving façade design creates an organic feel and ties project to the significant role that water plays in this region of China. The project seamlessly interfaces with the surrounding context along the river, realizing the dream of "developing across rivers" to "supporting the development of rivers".

Hefu

Combining features of the river’s inclusiveness, stone’s purity and jade’s transparency, the display center is designed in a modern minimal style. The design language is based on the exploration of very basic elements, such as light, space, transparency, materiality, and layout, etc. The concise and transparent technique used breaks the boundaries between internal and external spaces, and the form and facade of the building are built on the element of light and natural resources.
