I Park The Urban

The project is the largest business-commercial-cultural complex in Seoul and is the world's first project by a large Swedish furniture brand to enter the capital. The work facilities, which account for a large portion of the program, were conducted with the first live-office concept in line with the lifestyle change due to the pandemic. It is planned as an independent work and residential space, and one-stop all-around services such as culture, leisure, shopping, and food are possible, enabling independent life.

Mijan

Drawing inspiration from local buildings with sloping roofs, this architectural design blends traditional and modern elements. The wooden sloping roof provides a cozy atmosphere inside and a striking shape outside. Adding modern touches created a design that harmoniously blends with the surroundings. The solid form feels powerful and safe, while the fluid and corner shapes, warm colors, and unique floor materials inside create a cozy feel. The second conventional area elevates the viewer's eye level, presenting different points of view.

Kirin Island

Kirin Island Planning Exhibition Center is the first phase of the Mass Entrepreneurship and Innovation Industrial Park of Jining High-tech District, which will be used for planning exhibition and investment promotion of the industrial park in the early stage, and transformed to be an urban exhibition hall integrated into the surrounding public space in a later stage. The design is based on the relationship between a round sky and square earth to create a square building with a round courtyard to achieve a pure and quiet atmosphere.

Mountain Sea Wind

The project is located in an area with rich landscape resources. The design is based on the site and makes full use of the site resources to create a container for viewing. The Mountain and Sea Wind Pavilion integrates natural elements such as "Mountain and Sea Wind" into the architectural design, and the building itself is also a human landscape with beautiful curves. Architects provide an open space where leisure or business activities can occur naturally; different from the hard and cold image of concrete materials. They explored the softness of concrete materials in this project.

Garden 8

Garden 8 is the only fully fledged community mall in New Cairo that uplifts the neighborhood's traditional shopping concept into a world class shopping, dining, and entertainment destination. It expands the user experience and opens new perspectives through a visual dialogue between the splendid and picturesque architecture and its vast surrounding landscape. Where modern design and elegance meet, lies Garden 8, a trendy yet sophisticated community mall that serves a unique experience.

Municipal Art Society Headquarters

The Municipal Art Society is a nonprofit organization in New York City that encourages thoughtful planning and urban design. The architect designed a building where a gradual change of privacy is clearly stated: from the public half-underground café to the office on the fourth floor. Among all the programs, the civic forum is the most important, which is completely exposed to the neighborhood and designed in a truly welcoming gesture geometrically and spatially to encourage all citizens to interact and participate for the great cause of preserving the rich history and culture of the city.
