The Gaiety

The project adopts three-dimensional folding design techniques, creates simple and clean lines appearing like distant mountains, and outlines a sculpture-like building with exquisite and delicate texture and a sense of purity. The combination of stone and frameless ultra-clear glass highlights the building's minimalist, elegant and luxury quality, well fitting people's demand for a low-key and understated luxury life. The demonstration area adopts a semi-open layout, which gives the main building a wider view and better expresses the integration among people, architecture, and nature.

One Villa

Su Shi once praised the natural sceneries of Jiangxi Province. One Villa redefines modern lifestyle by offering ideal secluded living spaces, making residences as ideal as the Peach Blossom Shangri-la depicted by Tao Yuanming, an ancient Chinese poet, and as the Utopia by Plato. One Villa aims to bring in mountains and rivers and reproduces the classical architectural charm unique to the Song Dynasty.

The site is located near the estuary. The plan divides the building into three main uses. The three buildings are kept apart by the courtyard. The wall is covered with border tiles made from local Awaji roof tiles. In each case, it is not the traditional way of using Japanese architecture, but the way of using it as a resort in this place in Awaji. That's a fusion of architectural vernacular and modern.

The mezzanine platform between two floors allows the flexibility of events. Allowing workshops, exhibitions and commercial events take place, the building is now a happening venue open for all, achieving a more positive corporate image.

Dawn of Spring

The project is located within International Eco-Aquapolis, Zhengzhou. The building echoes with the street corner through the subtly-cut blocks. It's a three-story volume, with the second and third floors lifted above the transparent block at the bottom. Taking white color as the main hue, the architects restructured the facades through the combination of points, lines and planes. The upper facades of the main building body are composed of perforated plates, while the lower parts are clad in glass, which blur the boundaries between spaces.
